The standard price for this HP Stream 7 Signature Edition Tablet is around 80 to 120 pounds but I got a special discount (hotukdeals) for just 49.99. It is a good bargain.
In short, it is a 7-inch windows (running Win 8.1) tablet. It has a 1GB RAM and 32G hard disk. The CPU is Intel Atom Z3735G @ 1.33GHz (Quad Cores). The battery time is around 8 hours.

The best part of it is that the price includes a one-year Office 365 subscription.

I personally use the tablet to watch some youtube, connecting with ChromeCast, checking emails, and test some software on Tablet.
