The excel sheet contains several columns to update.
(1) Each time you go for petrol/disel, you would need to add a new record to the columns noting down the cost and the mileage.
(2) Similarly, if you go for repairs, services you can record the cost as well.
(3) Insurance, MOT etc are optional.
So, you would get a rough idea how much it costs to have a car and then make a decision that is it better to rent a car instead?
The accuracy of estimation will be subject to the number of records, the more records (especially the petrol/disel and mileage), the more accuracy will be estimated
